Happy Valentine's Day!

Yesterday was Valentine's Day and we had our first real winter weather. Not quite snow, more of snow mixed with sleet, freezing rain, and lots of ice. Our original plan was to cook a nice dinner at home, but since we lost power for 10 hours, we ate out instead with Yael's family. The house had no heat all day so we had to light up the fireplace and cuddle to keep warm. A true Valentine's experience...

Snowboarding Adventure

We took a trip up to Windham Mountain upstate NY for a day of snowboarding. Olin did really well for his first time!

Natalie's New Baby!

My good friend Natalie and her husband Jerry had a beautiful baby boy named Donovan last month. Here's a picture of the happy mom and son.

New Job!

After working at Jenny Craig for a month, Yael got offered a full-time position as a trainer/ instructor for New York Sports Club, and decided to switch jobs. She is available for private and small group training in Commack, Long Island. Who wants to work out?

Adam and Brittany

Olin went to Austin at the end of December to attend his friend Adam's wedding. He spent three days at a place called House on the Hill with Adam, Jonah, and Kevin. They shot guns, ate Texas barbeque and watched UFC. The weekend ended with a beautiful weddinng. Congrats to Adam and Brittany!

West Hills Dog Park

We spent yesterday afternoon at a dog park not far from the house. We took Buddy, Madison, and their friend Lucy. Madison found a few friends to play ball with, while Buddy and Lucy met lots of doggie friends. One big guy named Brutis made Buddy look tiny.

Working Woman

After a long and active search, Yael has finally settled on a new job working as a personal consultant for Jenny Craig in Valley Stream. Yeah!
